COVID-19 Protocols

As our world continues to adapt and navigate COVID-19, so does Driftwood Animal Hospital.  Our main priorities are the health of your pets, the health of our staff, and the health of our clients.  We have adapted our policies to keep everyone safe, but also give options to our clients as we continue to serve our community.  Appointments are preferred and will have priority, Walk-ins are accepted (wait times can vary).  Call for drop-off options.

Deluxe Curbside Service:  We will continue to offer deluxe curbside service as we navigate the COVID-19 Pandemic.

  • Call us when you arrive (386-255-1407).  We will ask your name and your pet’s name.  Also, please provide the make, model, and color of your car so we can find you.
  • When it is time for your pet to be seen a staff member will be out to ask you a few questions and escort your pet inside, while you wait in the comfort of your car.
  • During your pet’s visit all necessary information will be communicated to you while you wait in the comfort of your car.
  • At the end of your pet’s visit we will check you out (Debit, Credit, Cash, Check) from the comfort of your car

Medication/Food Pickup:  These services will continue to be curbside only.  Please call when you arrive.  For faster service please call ahead or visit our website for medication refill requests.
