Walk-in Policy

Over the last two years veterinary practices around the country have experienced unprecedented levels of demand for veterinary care. Things have been no different for us at Driftwood Animal Hospital. Our appointments have been consistently booked for 3-4 weeks into the future and unfortunately our wait times for our walk-ins have been significantly increased at times. To better serve our existing clients we will only be seeing walk-in patients as a courtesy to our existing active clients (a client with a patient that has been seen within the previous three years with no outstanding balance). Walk-in times are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-10:00am and 1:30pm-3:00pm and Saturday Closed. We strongly encourage you to schedule your pet’s wellness exams and vaccination appointments, so that our more urgent cases can be seen as walk-ins. We reserve the right to alter our walk-in policy day to day as needed based on case load and doctor availability.

We are still happily accepting new clients and their pets as regularly scheduled appointments.
